[Recherche de partenaires] La province de Huelva en Espagne lance un projet INTERREG EUROPE sur le tourisme à vélo
Le Conseil provincial de Huelva en Andalousie (Espagne) recherche des partenaire pour son projet européen « Réseau européen pour la promotion du tourisme à vélo en zones naturelles » dans le cadre du 3ème appel à projets du programme INTERREG EUROPE (Axe de priorité 4, priorité d’investissement C et objectif spécifique 4.1 « Améliorer la mise en oeuvre des programmes et politiques de développement régional »).
L’objectif principal du projet sera d’améliorer les politiques locales et régionales relatives au développement du tourisme à vélo en zones naturelles.
Le projet comportera deux phases : la 1ère sera dédiée à l’échange d’expérience entre partenaires du projet et à la préparation de la mise en application des enseignements tirés de la coopération (comme la création d’un réseau européen de coopération pour la promotion du tourisme à vélo en zones naturelles, la définition d’une méthodologie commune pour la préparation des plans d’actions et la production d’un plan d’actions par chaque partenaire). La 2nde phase sera consacrée au suivi de la mise en application des plan d’actions avec Pilot Actions.
La durée totale du projet est de 5 ans, 3 ans pour la phase 1 et 2 pour la phase 2.
Le budget du projet s’élève à 2 millions d’€ (85% FEDER).
Le territoire éligible du programme INTERREG EUROPE couvre les 28 Etats membres de l’Union européenne.

The County Council of Huelva in Andalousia, Spain, is looking for partners for an European project under the second call of Interreg Europe Programme called EUROPEAN NETWORK FOR THE PROMOTION OF CYCLE TOURISM IN NATURAL AREAS – ECO – CYCLE. Priority Axis 4, Investment Priority C and Specific Objective 4.1 (Improve the Implementation of Regional Development Policies and Programmes).
The main objective of the project is going to improve local and regional policies related to tourism development cycle natural areas.
The project will consist of two phases, the first dedicated to the exchange of experience among project partners and preparing the implementation of the lessons learnt from the cooperation (actions such as the creation of an European Network of Cooperation for the Promotion of Cycle Tourism in Natural Areas, the definition of a common methodology for the preparation of action plans and the production of actions plans by each partner) and a second phase, monitoring of the implementation of action plans with Pilot Actions.The total duration of the project will be 5 years, 3 the first phase and two the second.
The budget project will be around 2 ME (85% ERDF).
The eligible Interreg Europe cooperation area covers the whole territory of the European Union with its 28 Member States.
